Galaxy Note 9 will NOT have Fingerprint Sensor underneath display

No futuristic fingerprint sensor in the Note 9

The in-display fingerprint sensor rumors started as early as last year with the S8 and lasted all the way until Galaxy S9.  It now looks like the latest rumor coming from KGI Securities Ming-Chi Kuo is that Samsung will not implement an in-display fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy Note 9 because they are having technical issues and have now run out of time.   

Kuo writes, “To our understanding of the technologies, under-display fingerprint solutions may currently have many technical issues (e.g. screen protectors and different environments affecting recognition rates and power-consumption).”

Galaxy S9 Delivery Updates for T-Mobile and Sprint

The latest information I have received for deliveries on the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus have come from customers of Sprint and T-Mobile.  Sprint customers have tracking numbers and it looks like deliveries will happen Monday, March 12.  As for T-Mobile it looks like they also have tracking numbers with delivery dates of March 12.
