Large dead zones on touchscreen
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ are awesome phones. Their fast, great cameras, nice software features, beautiful design and much more. That doesn’t mean something almost perfect isn’t without issues and looks like a limited amount of users are having issues with touchscreen responsiveness on their Galaxy S9/S9+ phones. It’s gotten to the point to where Samsung has put out an official statement.
Here’s the official statement from Samsung – Source
At Samsung, customer satisfaction is core to our business and we aim to deliver the best possible experience. We are looking into a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen responsiveness issues. We are working with affected customers and investigating. We encourage any customer with questions to contact us directly at 1-800-SAMSUNG.
I don’t have this issue and neither do any of my viewers on from my YouTube channel so I’m not sure exactly how many it’s affecting but if you are having this issue contact Samsung.
Another bit of news we have today is the latest rumor coming out of HTC is that the HTC U12 Plus will be the only flagship phone they release this year. Which is a very smart idea since last year they released so many flagship type phones it got very confusing. Source
