JBL Link Bar with Android TV and Google Assistant Built-In

The one device for all your entertainment

The JBL Link Bar is a speaker bar, an Android TV that can be hooked up to your TV and a Google Home.  That’s right, three products in one.  Google will handle all the software updates for it meaning it should be supported for quite a while.

On the back you’ll get 3 HDMI inputs capable of 4K (no HDR), HDMI ARC output port, Ethernet jack and analog and optical audio ports.  The HDMI input capabilities give you the ability to overlay Google Assistant over other products plugged in via HDMI such as PS4, Xbox One, Blu-Ray Player and more.

JBL Link Bar is a 100W soundbar and will have an optional 200W wireless subwoofer. It has a two far-field microphones that let you control it with your voice to speak to Google Assistant. On the top of the JBL Link are volume buttons, mute button, a Bluetooth button for pairing its included remote or a phone.

It launches Fall 2018 and we don’t have specs or a price but it’s looking like a very cool product and could make a great holiday gift if it’s priced well.
